Which frameworks do your scripts support?+
Everything ships with Standalone, ESX, QBCore and QBox support unless the store page says otherwise. The framework is auto-detected on startup and can be forced in the config.
How do I receive my purchase?+
Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment completes, Tebex emails you a download link and the file also appears in your Tebex purchase history — re-download it any time.
Do I have to pay for updates?+
No. Every purchase includes lifetime updates. When we ship a new version, the download in your purchase history is replaced with the latest build at no extra cost.
Can I get a refund?+
Payments are processed by Tebex Limited as merchant of record, and digital items are delivered immediately. If something is genuinely broken and support can't fix it, open a ticket and we'll make it right.
Where do I get help if something breaks?+
Every resource ships with a detailed installation README in the download, covering setup, framework notes and the config. If you're still stuck, join our Discord and open a ticket with your server console log, the script version and your framework — most issues are fixed same-day. A full documentation hub is on the way.
Why do I need to sign in with FiveM and Discord?+
Your purchase is tied to your Cfx.re account so delivery and licensing are automatic, and your Discord so we can hand out customer roles and support access. Sign-in is handled by Tebex and Discord directly — we never see your password.
