How do I receive my purchase?
Delivery is automatic and instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed through Tebex, your package is delivered to your linked FiveM account. Rejoin the server if you don't see it right away.
Why do I need to sign in before buying?
FiveM stores link each order to your in-game identity so products can be delivered to the right player. You'll be prompted to authenticate with FiveM the first time you add an item — it only takes a few seconds.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is handled securely by Tebex, which supports major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and a range of regional payment methods. We never see or store your payment details.
Do you offer refunds?
Because products are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are generally final. If you experience an issue with a product, open a ticket in our Discord and our team will help resolve it.
Are your scripts escrow / open source?
We offer both. Escrow-protected resources keep core logic secured while remaining fully configurable, and select resources are released open source. Each product page notes which applies.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your code at checkout to apply the discount. Active promotions (like the current launch offer) are shown in the banner at the top of the site.
