Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Northstar Studios website, store, and digital products (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may only purchase with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

All products sold are digital goods (FiveM scripts, assets, and related resources) intended for use on FiveM servers. Upon purchase, Northstar Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product for your own server(s) in accordance with these Terms and any product-specific terms.

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or share any product or its source.
• You may not remove, bypass, or tamper with any licensing, escrow, or protection mechanism.
• You may not publish, leak, or make any product publicly available.
• Licences are granted per customer and may be revoked for breach of these Terms.

All payments are processed securely by Tebex Limited, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to Tebex's terms. Prices are displayed in GBP; amounts shown in other currencies are estimates and the final charge is taken in GBP. You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction or payment provider.

Products are delivered digitally and automatically upon successful payment, typically instantly, to your linked FiveM account. It is your responsibility to provide accurate account information at checkout. If you do not receive your product, contact us and we will assist.

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or replacement where a product is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Tebex's policies. Chargebacks made without first contacting us may result in immediate revocation of all licences and a ban from the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property or rights of others.

All content, branding, code, and assets provided through the Service are the property of Northstar Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited licence expressly set out in these Terms.

The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that products will be error-free or compatible with every server configuration, framework, or third-party resource.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northstar Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profit, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service and revoke your licences at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
